Welcome to Sycamore Haven! I am a New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut-licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Doctor in Clinical Psychology. I have experience working with at-risk youth, adolescents, children, adults, and families in various settings who have experienced a multitude of life challenges and mental health issues.

I am enthusiastic and passionate about helping my clients learn coping strategies to improve their lives and manage their stressors. I am also dedicated to assisting my clients on their road to recovery by developing self-awareness, self-acceptance, and equanimity.
